New Programs Now Available to Junior Golfers!

• Athletic Development Level I (AD-I): ages 6-10
o FUNdamentals: focus is on fundamental movement skills and fundamental sports skills that are the foundation of athleticism
o Speed, agility, quickness, change of direction, low-level plyometrics, balance/stability, mobility, strength and overall physical fitness will be taught in a fun and positive environment

• Athletic Development II (AD-II): ages 11-13
o Learn to Train: focuses on progressing everything in AD-Level I with the advancement in speed mechanics and plyometrics
o Introduction to strength training techniques, power, stamina, recovery and sport-specific training

• Elite Athletic Development (EAD): ages 14-18
o This program is for serious athletes dedicated to putting in the time necessary to reach the “Next Level”
o Sport-specific training to develop strength, power, speed and agility using Olympic lifts and advanced speed dynamics
o Each athlete will have their own program with proper progressions and periodization plan

Our Program Classes:
• Small Group Training: Maximum of 5-6 athletes per coach
• Individual Training: available on a limited basis
• Co-ed classes
• Class schedules will be set each Fall, Spring and Summer training blocks
